You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge at least 3 days in advance (72 hours) from the date of the service. If you want to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us through our Customer Center in [email protected] . The cancellation of your reservation 3 days before the start date of the tour is free of charge. The modification of the reservation 3 days before the start date of service is subject to the availability offered by the Service Provider. In case of cancellation or modification within 3 days of the start date of the tour, there will be no refund of the amount paid at the time of booking without prejudice to the events that could have led to the cancellation, this includes force majeure events. In case of partial cancellation or modification of a reservation, the same deadlines detailed above will be considered. In case of no -show, there will be no refund of the amount paid without prejudice to the events that could have led such as force majeure events.

Although our office is located in the city center of El Calafate (Av. Libertador 932), we recommend you to book tours in advance on our website to avoid the lack of availability since excursions have limited seating and are usually sold out in advance. Besides, by booking in advance, you make sure that the rates will not change. You can contact us on arrival at El Calafate but some tours may not longer be available or could have changed the price.

Due to the fact tours take place away from the city center, some include the pick-up service from your hotel in the price while others offer it as an optional service. If you will not have a vehicle to move in El Calafate, it is recommended to add the transfer service in those excursions that it is offered as an option since it is the only way to get to the ports from where the activities begin. In the description of each tour is described if the transfer from the hotel in El Calafate is included or not in the price of the tour itself. If you need to add the transfer from your hotel in those excursions that is not included in the rate, you can do it during the reservation process.

Many excursions offer discounts on their rates to people who meet certain requirements. If offered, they will be described in the detail of each excursion. To get discounts for children, during the online booking, the system will apply the corresponding discount to each passenger according to their age and then we will request you to send us a photo of the valid documentation that verifies it. The company providing the tour may request this documentation again on the day of the tour and refuse to provide the service if the information does not match. Children under 12, students and residents of Santa Cruz have discounts on the value of the national park entrance fee while retirees enter for free. The entrance to the park is paid during the tour.

The entrance fee is payable only for tours that take place within the national park. Ticket price for Los Glaciares National Park is AR$ 700 per person; children between 12 and 6 years old pay AR$ 170, university students pay AR$ 70, argentinian seniors are admitted free. Admission fee will be payed the day of the tour, at the entrance of the national park, being only possible to pay cash in argentinian pesos (no other currency is accepted). The discounts for children under 12 years old, seniors and students will be valid only presenting documentary proof. On the other hand, the entrance fee price for Torres del Paine National Park in Chile is 21,000 chilean pesos per person (about USD 35). All children under 12 years old pay 5,000 chilean pesos. In case of having argentinian pesos, dollars or euros and need to exchange to chilean pesos, at the border between Argentina and Chile is possible to do it as it can only be paid cash in chilean pesos.

Tours operate every day regardless of the weather, they are not suspended by rain. In the extreme case, and very unlikely that a wind or snow storm prevents the completion of the activity, we will offer you to modify the date for the next day or the refund of the amount paid.
