The Snow and Fire excursion is a unique experience that combines adventure and gastronomy in the beautiful setting of the Tierra Mayor Valley at the foot of the imposing Andes Mountains. You can enjoy a sled ride pulled by huskies, a nighttime snowshoe walk, or a tour of the Fuegian plain on shared snowmobiles.

The adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Ushuaia starting at 6:00 p.m. You'll travel along the iconic Route 3 to Husky Park, where you'll be immersed in a magical winter environment.

You'll enjoy an exciting sled ride pulled by huskies, traversing the snowy landscape until you reach the "Tipi" (hut). Once there, you'll be warmly welcomed and prepared for a unique gastronomic experience, complemented by music, creating a festive and lively atmosphere, and you'll finish this part of the night by tasting the Lumberjack's coffee.

After dinner, it's time for action. You'll have the option to choose a snowshoe walk, exploring the terrain, or a more extensive adventure on a snowmobile. Whatever your choice, an exciting and adrenaline-filled experience awaits you.

The tour takes place in the spectacular Tierra Mayor Valley, an area of incomparable natural beauty at the foot of the Andean forest. As you advance, you'll immerse yourself in the winter night, crossing the valley with your guide. A lit path will lead you through the forest, creating a magical and mysterious atmosphere.

Finally, after enjoying your chosen activities and the "Lumberjack's coffee," you'll return to Ushuaia at 11:30 p.m., with the satisfaction of having experienced an unforgettable day.

How is it recommended to dress for the excursion?

As the weather in Patagonia can be unpredictable, we recommend dressing in layers, including:

If I book the shared snowmobile option, is it possible to take turns driving?
Yes. Shared snowmobiles can carry up to two passengers, and halfway through the ride, you can switch roles between driver and passenger. Both passengers must be over 18 to drive.
